好消息：香港國際海員服務中心活動室已正式開放！(GOOD NEWS: The Activity Room of Hong Kong International Seafarer Services Centre is now open!)
香港國際海員服務中心活動室位於上環幹諾道中130號誠信大廈14樓1401-02室，開放時間為每週一至週五（公眾假期除外）-930-1830.
Located at 1401-02,Alliance Bldg.,130 Connaught Rd.C.,Sheung Wan,HK.
Open Time: Mon-Fri(Except Public Holiday) 0930-1830
場內配備多元化設備以舉行各項活動，並邀得專業教練舉辦各式興趣班，為海員及航運業人士提供一個方便舒適得聚會地點。
The venue serves shares comprehensive facilities for different kinds of activities and professional coaches are invited to organize interest classes for users.
The Activity Room would like to be one of the best meeting points for seafarers and friends in the maritime industry.
用途多元化(Multi-functional)
活動室供香港商船高級船員協會會員、香港航業海員合倂工會會員及已登記受邀航運界人士免費使用, 室內設計悠閒舒適，適合休憩或小憩, 同時裝設特大牆鏡及配備多類用具, 方便進行各式活動.
Members of MNOG-HK and AUSHK, and registered persons are welcome to use the Activity Room for free. A relaxing environment makes it suitable for taking a rest or social gathering. An extra-large wall mirror is installed, and well-equipped for different activities.
專業教練開班(Interest Classes)
聘請專業教練開辦各項有益身心的工作坊或興趣班, 例如泰拳班、養生八段錦班、拉筋體驗班、帆船班及快艇班等.
Professional trainers are invited to organize workshops and interest classes, such as Thai-boxing, Martial arts, Stretching trial class, Sailing and Speedboat class etc.
登記及報名(Registration and Enrollment)
報名參加興趣班：（For Interest Class Enrollment）
可以親臨活動室填寫報名表(Form E)及以現金/支票繳付學費；或填寫電子報名表(Form R), 並上載銀行入數紙或轉數快付款證明. 詳情請向活動室或香港商船高級船員協會辦公室職員查詢.
Please fill out the enrollment form(Form E) and pay by cash/cheque at the Activity Room in person; Or fill out the online enrollment form(Form E) and upload the bank slip or the FPS receipt. For details, please contact the staff of the Activity Room or the Guild Office.
受邀航運界人士(Invited person of the Maritime Industry)
只需填寫電子登記表(Form R), 獲確認電郵後，即可透過報名表參加興趣班.
Please fill out online registration form(Form R), and enroll in the interest class after receiving the confirmation e-mail.
香港商船高級船員協會/香港航業海員合倂工會會員(Member of MNOG-HK or AUSHK)
毋需登記，可直接透過填寫興趣班報名表(Form E), 即可報名參加興趣班.
DO NOT need to register, may directly enroll in the interest class by filling out online enrollment form(Form E).

受邀航運界人士透過網上簡單登記, 確認後即可成為活動室使用者. 除可報名參加興趣班外, 亦有資格使用香港商船高級船員協會健身室.
For invited persons of the maritime industry, simply fill out the online registration form. After confirmation, registered users may enroll for interest classes and also eligible to use the MNOG Gym Room.
